Hi, I'm Jenne, fashion designer, yoga teacher and founder of OH OH OM ethical sportswear. I've always found fashion fascinating. Not just from an aesthetic perspective, but also from a functional one . I've learned my craft over the years: from design to cutting, sewing and fabric science.

My fascination with fabrics and what they can do has led me to work for well-known outdoor brands for several years.

At the same time, I trained as a yoga teacher a few years ago and started teaching. I became more and more interested in the topic of sustainability and at some point I was faced with a decision:

To continue working in the fashion world as part of the problem or to quit. The latter is what it became, at least for the first two years.

Nevertheless, the topic of designing sustainable, aesthetic and, above all, environmentally safe fashion has never left me alone. In 2021, I therefore started researching fabrics and yarns that are environmentally friendly, free of harmful substances and still functional .

Not an easy undertaking . It took me six months to find the right materials, talk to producers and design the first pieces that were casual, timeless and functional.

And this is what our journey has looked like so far:

In the summer of 2021, I founded OH OH OM ethical sportswear. A year later, we went live with the online shop and had to overcome a few hurdles. Another year and the department store Manufactum, known for high-quality products, added us to their range. A knighthood for me. And the motivation I needed to keep going after all the setbacks along the way. Half a year later and Vogue UK featured us. We are growing and are still in our infancy. But with a bit more experience and wisdom. What always remains: Our mission to change things in the fashion world for the better. And to pave new paths.

I am convinced that sustainable fashion does not restrict you, but liberates you: from everything that is not good for you and our environment.
